Prices are per person, per night and include full English breakfast
* This is our price leading room, with prices from. There is a £5.00 supplement for single occupancy. It is much smaller than our other rooms and is situated on the ground floor opposite the bar. These prices are available on a first come first served basis and may not always be available at this special discounted rate.
Children (aged between 2 and 12) sharing parent's room are charged at £15.00 per child per night all year round. There is no charge for babies (up to 2 years old) - we can supply cot/highchair if required.
Payment - We accept Cash, Cheques (up to your valid cheque guarantee card limit) and most Credit Cards (with the exception of American Express) however we now have to charge a Credit Card Surcharge of 2%. There is no surcharge for payment by Debit Cards.
Check in & out - Under normal circumstances, please check in between 15.00 & 18.00 and depart before 10.00. Should these hours inconvenience you, please contact us beforehand and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Guests wishing to vacate their rooms later, have an option of departing by 12.00 am, for this we charge an extra £10.00 per room (strictly by prior arrangement and if available).
Breakfast is served at:-
7.15am to 8.15am Monday to Friday and
8.00am until 9.00am on Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday Mondays / Fridays
downstairs in our conservatory dining room. If you require an earlier breakfast, please ask us and we will do all we can to accommodate your request with a continental breakfast.
Cancellation Notice - The full cost per person, per night, refundable deposit is requested at time of booking, to hold a room for you. If a booking has to be cancelled with less than 48 hours due before due arrival (due arrival or scheduled check-in time of 15.00 is used in calculating the 48 hour cancellation period) - the deposit then becomes non-refundable (as we are generally unlikely to be able to re-let the room at such short notice). Giving more than 48 hours notice will now entitle you, to a full refund.
